Fresh Cranberry Relish Recipe

This is one of my Aunt’s specialties. She is a cranberry fanatic and because of this sweet fresh relish, I am now too. Cranberries are not only for Thanksgiving, I consider them a total holiday berry. Perfect all winter long.

Fresh cranberry relish

Ingredients

  • 1 cup organic cane sugar
  • 2 cups of fresh cranberries
  • Zest of one whole orange

Directions

  1. In a food processor, pulse fresh cranberries together until roughly chopped
  2. Pour chopped cranberries in a medium bowl and mix in sugar and orange zest
  3. Refrigerate for 30 minutes so all the juices can mix with each other
