My name is Eliza and I love to get creative. I live in Tucson, Arizona with my husband Mark and our two cats. I love entertaining and cooking, especially for friends and family, but that is just one of my many passions. I also love painting, sewing, craft-making and just about anything that lets me use my imagination. I am always learning new tricks for homemade recipes and projects, and I love sharing them on my website.

I am not a vegetarian or a vegan, although I love to sometimes cook following that lifestyle. It’s fun using ingredients that you wouldn’t normally use, and it usually ends up being a healthier alternative. I try whenever possible to give substitutions for vegetarians and vegans so no one is left out of the recipe making experience.

I love to travel, and when I do, I try to absorb the different cultures that intersect my travels – the décor, the traditions, people, especially what they eat and how they cook it. I find it fascinating and it inspires me to think of new things to create and photograph.
