Simple household ingredients make up this fragrant and delightful bath soak that will help you forget your worries from the day. Just breathe in deep and exhale while your skin is getting soothed and smoothed! This would make a thoughtful gift for somebody special in your life.
Ingredients ~ This was mostly adapted from January 2010 edition of Martha Stewart Living magazine, but I added a little pick me up to it.
- 2 cups baking soda
- 1 cup Epsom salt
- 2 tablespoons of ground ginger
- 8-10 drops of orange essential oil
Mix all components together and pour into a mason jar. To use, run a warm bath and scoop desired amount into water. If you’re looking for bubbles, I would supplement your bath with bubble bath soap.
