My best friend Joy told me about this cute idea for a table setting. I love mini pumpkins and using them as candle holders is probably the neatest idea I have ever seen for these cuties. This is great for a pumpkin carving party, a nice Fall-themed party, or to create a nice dinner ambiance. I have about 200 tea lights left over from my wedding, and I’ve been waiting for some kind of use, so this was perfect. All these years I would buy mini pumpkins just because they looked adorable and I would use them for decoration but never really knew what else to do with them. They are too small to actually carve into a jack-o-lantern, so putting a tea light in them just seemed genius. All you need to do is carve out a hole in the middle the size of a tea light, take the stem off and insert your tea light.
