I helped my sister out with a baby shower she threw a couple of Sunday’s ago. It was Dr. Seuss themed and was so so adorable.
You did such a beautiful job, Nobi! :)
Dr. Seuss wall decals were decorated along the walls with alternating handmade paper pin-wheels and paper flowers.
Handmade paper pin-wheels in mason jars filled with candy decorated table tops.
Tissue paper pom poms hung from the ceiling.
Red, Blue and white were the main colors used throughout the party scheme.
I helped out by baking cupcakes and decorating them with Dr. Seuss cupcake toppers. I used Dr. Seuss stickers, stuck the sticky side to toothpicks and covered the back with paper, then topped each cupcake.
My sister made these paper pinwheels.
Here’s how: Using 4 sheets of 8×11 paper (color of choice), fold each one lengthwise, accordion style. Once folded, glue each paper, end to end. Turn into a pinwheel by taking opposite ends of long accordion folded paper and bring them together, forming a circle. Glue ends together.
A family member also helped out by making a spin on Green Eggs and Ham by dying deviled eggs, green. We stuck a few Dr. Seuss toppers in those, too – we had extra;)
