Holiday Snow Jars

I don’t think decorating could get any cuter than this. These holiday jars are easy to throw together and make an adorable and festive presentation. I can imagine a fireplace mantel lined with these in all different sizes.

They’ll look great just about anywhere you can think of – I have one sitting on our hallway shelf, bathroom counter, in our living room bookcase and on our kitchen island. It’s the kind of thing that gives you those holiday warm and fuzzies inside.

What you’ll need to start:

Epsom salt

Small animal character ornaments

Bottlebrush trees or sisal trees, in a variety of sizes (if you’re having a hard time finding these, then you can find them here).

Large glass jars, vases and cake stands

*Optional – pillow stuffing can be used instead of Epson salt.

Pour Epsom salt into the container you’re using and gently place a couple sisal trees and figurine in the middle.

If you’re using a cake stand, you can replace the epson salt with pillow stuffing.
