Super Bowl Sunday Recipes

Super Bowl Sunday is just around the corner and I’m super excited! Time to make a bunch of fun appetizers. Here I’ve compiled a bunch of easy and delicious treats to make for your Super Bowl gathering. Hope you all enjoy!

Buffalo chicken lavash pizza – This is fast, easy, and really good.  All you need is a few ingredients and you’re set with a flavorful pizza.

Olive garlic hummus – I love hummus. I use it on practically everything. This is great as a dip with pita chips or fresh vegetables.

Pico de gallo – This is as fresh as it gets with salsa. Easy to make and only a handful of ingredients are needed and you’re ready for chip dipping.

Bocadillos – Spanish inspired sandwiches on a mini bagette with some prosciutto or salami and some yummy manchego cheese. The perfect little bite.

Elote – If you’re grilling for Super Bowl Sunday then Elote is the way to go. It is simply corn on the cob roasted and slathered with Mexican inspired sauce and spices.

Margherite lavash pizza – This is too good to be this easy. You only need a few ingredients and 15 minutes in the oven. Great finger food for Super Bowl Sunday.

Tomato-basil bruschetta -Tasty little bites with fresh mozzarella, basil, and tomatoes.

Deviled eggs - This is an all time favorite party snack. Who doesn’t love deviled eggs?

Vegan blonde bars – Something sweet! Dense and chewy, they make a sweet addition to your party assortment.

  • These recipes are great. I’m transitioning from being a vegetarian to a vegan, and, to put it mildly, it’s been rough. I miss cheese…a lot. :( But I’m hanging in there. Hopefully some new dishes will inspire me.

  • I love cooking vegan, even though I don’t practice it on a regular basis – I enjoy the variety. There’s some really yummy vegan cheeses out there – Whole Foods has a great selection. Good luck on your vegan adventures! -Eliza
