Pumpkin Spice Latte Creamer

I’ve been an avid pumpkin spice latte lover for years. It’s not the latte part I’m in love with, it’s the pumpkin spice SAUCE. The flavor makes me weak in the knees, I love it so. I typically get a couple of pumps of pumpkin spice sauce in my iced coffee with a little (lots and lots) of cream. Recently I read the ingredients of said favorite sauce and was in shock at how many unnecessarily disgusting ingredients it had in it. That’s when I decided to make my own version of it in creamer form. I prefer plain hot or iced coffee on weekdays so a pumpkin spice latte creamer is perfect for me. My version has all-natural ingredients and will knock your sandals off (since it’s still considered Summer, ha!).

I may or may not have already had three cups of coffee this morning.  #Pumpkinspiceforeverandever

I used heavy cream and half and half in this recipe, but you can swap those ingredients out for coconut milk, if you want to go the no-dairy route.

Pumpkin Spice Latte Creamer

Ingredients

Pumpkin Spice Latte Creamer:

1/2 cup half and half

1/2 cup heavy cream

1 1/2 tsp. pumpkin pie spice

4 Tbsp. pure maple syrup

1 tsp. vanilla extract

Whisk all of the ingredients together and store in a sealed bottle or jar. Keep refrigerated.

The spices will settle at the bottom so give it a good shake or stir before using. Poor desired amount in iced or hot coffee. Enjoy!

I will have to try your recipe because I love pumpkin spice lattes and they are expensive. Thanks!

This looks amazing, and I love that it has non-processed sugar. I hate reading the nutrition facts and ingredients of the yummy Starbucks drinks! I’m going to try it with coconut milk since I’ve recently gone dairy free. I’m sure it’s going to be delish!

Let me know how the coconut version turns out for you. It sounds so good, I might whip up a jar for myself!
